more.I wish that heating pad had a lower setting.. 4hrs after I shut
it off they went to sleep. There was one girl last night that was
fussing quite a bit but she went to sleep after I fed her. I hope
they sleep tonight I increased them another cc they are now getting 6
cc every 3-4hrs. I am weighing them and they started at 250-300gms
now 350 to 450. The vet says they are big pups. I just can't
understand when the vet says she has milk why they are so hungry they
are nursing..just going to keep bottle feeding ..would a full pup
drink a bottle..I don't think so what do you say?

> Hi. Munchkins pups have cried all afternoon long. I took them to
the vet this morning she did the tails and dewclaws and they haven't
stopped moaning and crying since. They drank their bottle fine at 2 I
was hoping that would stop them. Their temps are right around 99.2 .
I did turn the heating pad off to see if they were getting too warm.
This is the same way I raised her pups last yr and they did fine only
they were in Dad's trailer where it is colder and it is pretty warm
out today so is 70 ok for them when they are constantly with munchkin
in a med size crate. I'm just not sure what to do anyone have any
ideas want to talk and try and figure this out call me at 740-749-
0170.
> The vet did say that she has milk just is not letting it down
properly. She said they seemed real healthy so to continue what I was
doing letting them nurse and bottle feeding. I'm calling her when she
opens at 6 and see what she says but she's a so so vet and just don't
know what else to do.
