My answer is NOT Disney related, BUT....
One of our favorite restaurants here at home started doing this - charging the automatic tip for parties of 6 or larger.
The first time they did this to us, one of our daughters was definitely under 2 - - and maybe not even 1 yet.....and she was the 6th person! To top it off, the meal was a buffet - so the only thing the waitperson *served* us was our drinks. We *DO* tip - and don't mind doing so - - but to be forced to tip when one of the people was a baby/toddler, *and* it was a buffet, did not go over well with my dad (who was paying) or any of the rest of us.
Needless to say - we've not been back to that restaurant since that day!!

When we travel to Disney either in April or September this year, it will be my husband, me, and are four children ages 1, 5, 7, and 9. Since they have changed the dining plan stating that parties of six of more will be automatically charged an 18% gratuity will that apply to us even with the baby eating from my plate?Blessed beyond belief,
