Hi,
Reducing the HR expenditure is important, But it shouldn't become namesake.
I think HR can contribute to the cost reduction by
- Increasing the productivity of the employee,
- doing proper job analysis and efficient project delivery models,
- Implementing a proper PMS to identify non performer,
- Use good recruitment tools to select high performers,
- Increase the employee engagement so that employee will concentrate on cost reduction
- outsourcing administration activity
