Dear All,
I want your expert opinion in the said matter:
If an employee is working with good MNC in delhi as DM HR, now the previous organisation where he has worked, the director of that organisation is calling him and his wife again to join them over there for their different plants as one of the HR incharge ( Heads) of their divisions for both of them.
The location is Gujarat. Should that employee be joining over there, the reason is that he is finding in current organisation, there is more learning and preety good oppurtunities, but his wife is not able to gell in Delhi's atmosphere. In office also she is not finding good to work beacuse she is working in a small organisation. So what should be the pros and cons of joining the company which they have left before.
What should be the ideal decision in this regard.
